We are excited to announce that Initiative and UM have now been launched in the Nordics. Previously the Mediabrands Nordics market, consisting of Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, has existed as iUM; a collaboration between UM and Initiative. The agencies will now sit as separate entities.
After decades of great success in the Nordics with iUM, it is now time for historical shift. Introducing Initiative and UM serves as a distinct trajectory for client partnerships, as well as placing a strong focus on both what the client looks for today, and will need tomorrow.
Building on the local success and market-leading competences carried under iUM, and backed by strong data, digital tools and methodology, UM and Initiative will now be better positioned to strengthen their proposition, and lead the acceleration of client goals and ambitions.
Introducing this new organisational structure will be a key driver for future success in the Nordics, offering enhanced efficiency and a streamlined approach for clients.
